Experian’s Integrated Marketing team is seeking an outgoing, energetic, marketing communications professional with content writing expertise in the B2B industry (financial services or tech) with an emphasis in web copy production. A storyteller who can develop content to fuel web traffic, engagement and demand to drive rankings, engagement and leads. An exceptional multi-tasker that drives flawless and speedy execution – and works well across multiple teams.

What you’ll be doing


  • Develop and maintain deep product and solution knowledge and expertise
  • Drive copywriting/messaging webpages across multiple business units, including shared pages, industry-specific microsites, thought leadership management and product pages
  • Management of thought leadership – provide direct oversight to maintain content freshness for resources across the website; set benchmarking goals for content engagement on site.
  • Create chatbot and live chat messaging copy and talk tracks for business development representatives
  • Primary point-of-contact and owner of ongoing content strategy alignment across eight stakeholder BUs
  • Drive measurable results with modern SEO strategies and digital engagement; leverage reporting tools to evaluate content performance and make recommendations for future action
  • Strong communication skills are needed to work with cross-department and cross-function teams


What your background looks like


  • 5+ years in marketing communications – preferably in financial services, technology or B2B
  • Ability to publish impactful content, taking complex information and translating it into compelling stories for B2B audience
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to collaborate with various team members and work under tight deadline pressures
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of project management platforms (Wrike and CMS systems (Adobe) preferred
  • Ability to shine in a collaborative, cross-team capacity with strong verbal and in-person communication skills that demonstrate interpersonal savvy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field




  • During this pandemic, all Experian employees are working remotely. Once it’s safe to do so, we’ll slowly return to our offices however we are in no rush to do this. The safety of our employees is of utmost importance.
