What your background looks like


  • 3-5 years experience in strategic partnerships, business development, consulting, or related field involving client facing business strategy or partner management
  • Industry experience in lead generation and/or aggregation. 2+ years of insurance experience preferred
  • Experience building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Experience successfully negotiating complex agreements
  • Visionary thinker who is tactful in understanding synergy analysis and accomplishing mutually beneficial objectives
  • Strategic mindset and intellectual agility. Ability to take a macro or long-term view of a business with a strong problem-solving attitude




  • During this pandemic, all Experian employees are working remotely. Once it’s safe to do so, we’ll slowly return to our offices however we are in no rush to do this. The safety of our employees is of utmost importance.
  • Four weeks of vacation to start, five sick days and two volunteer days (plus eleven paid holidays)
  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package, with a bonus target of 15%
