I'm looking for a Travel Executive to join Experian's travel team in the Sir John Peace Building, Nottingham.

This role has lots to offer and won't be your typical travel booking role. Instead you'll be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for our travel providers, ensuring we are making the best decisions on travel management and policy. You'll be working with stakeholders at all levels across the business, so a great chance to gain exposure on a global scale. There'll be lots of opportunity to get involved in project work, reporting and challenging suppliers, so great admin skill plus confidence and stakeholder management is key.

A vacancy has arisen for a UK & EMEA Travel Administrator to work within the Supplier Relationship Management team. You will provide first class travel and administrative support, ensuring that travellers are well supported and our suppliers are held to adherence to service level agreements.

Reporting to the Head of Supplier Relationship Management this role will provide support to the following key area:

·         Company Travel

This role will provide an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work within a very interesting and challenging area of the business. These opportunities include:

·         Providing business support through accurate and timely management of travel.

·         High level interaction between different teams – Finance, Business Units, HR and Procurement.

·         Exposure to operational members of the organisation. There are further opportunities to take on various pieces of ad hoc work

In recognition of all your hard work, we offer a competitive remuneration package, a supportive and nurturing working environment and the opportunity to grow and develop yourself within a secure market leading organisation.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who has great organisation and prioritisation skills. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Our ideal candidate:
  • Strong administration skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in a similar coordination, admin or office support role would be an advantage
  • An eye for the detail and getting it right first time
