Responsibilities:
  • Deliver highly specialised effective business and technical trainings across multiple regions to audiences with a wide range of intellects, experience (trainee through to director)
  • Identify training needs and ensure delegate awareness of courses and ensure training is ‘timely'
  • Work closely with the Product management group and keep abreast of current and or future solutions and understand new products, versions and technologies and tailor courses when required
  • Research and recommend new methods of producing and delivering training materials
  • Obtain input from subject experts to design learning materials that meet the needs of the delegates and incorporate Experian expertise and best practice
  • Share knowledge, exchange ideas and appraise courses
  • Arrange delegates for future courses, discuss training requirements and trends to keep courses current and relevant
  • Plan client trainings, attendees at courses and workshops
  • Ensure all facilities are available for on-site trainings
Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ experience on similar role creating and delivering trainings
  • Good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle gained through experience in a relative industry
  • Ability to quickly become a subject matter expert on Experian Decision Analytics solutions throughout the customer life cycle and their benefits and use by our clients
  • Proven expertise in successfully explaining complicated concepts and adjusting examples to meet particular situations
  • Expertise in presentation and training skills
  • Expert skills in the preparation and design of innovative and effective training courses and materials
  • Ability to travel
  • Fluent English skills
