We’re looking for candidates who have a true passion for recruitment, be it already within an in-house function, or looking to further your career away from agency-side.

To be successful in role, good communication & organisational skills, being technically competent in direct-sourcing are essential – but crucially being able to build strong relationships and have the confidence to influence and challenge will see you be a good recruiter turn great.

Ideally we are looking for those who possess the following attributes:

 

• Previous Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Experience – either in-house or agency

• Sourcing knowledge

• Ability to identify appropriate sourcing channels depending on role

• Ability to take ownership, drives completion

• Highly effective communication skills

• Ability to build strong relationships, as well as able to influence and challenge

• Able to work under pressure and at pace

• Self-starter and can work autonomously
