Position Summary

The Solution Architect is responsible for the translation of client / sales need into an actionable solution and own the execution of this, with support from other operational areas.

Partnering with the Sales and CEM organization, you will be responsible for supporting a dedicated sales team whose responsibilities are managing a portfolio of client accounts, new client prospects and engaging with client contacts to ensure the proper application and implementation of the Targeting solutions and services. The Solution Architect will focus on pre-sales support and post sale implementation of custom solution designs for client and be responsible to direct and design new solution opportunities and processing efficiencies for sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Responsible for contributing to a team revenue quota
• Responsible for the coordination, creation, and delivery of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Questionnaires from sales prospects with the primary purpose of increasing win rates
• Facilitate requirements gathering to identify client needs
• Ability to track and manage multiple projects and due dates
• Develop an overall strategy and coordinate efforts across the business for responding to requests
• Respond to incoming sales opportunities on a daily basis
• Combines product knowledge with application
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers
• Conduct technical working sessions to jointly architect solutions to business problems leveraging Experian products and services with prospective new customers
• Access to clients for beta testing opportunities and case studies
• Liaises with Custom Solution Development and Service Delivery as needed to design and services and solutions
• Completes SOWs based upon Term Sheets completed by Sales/CEM
• Completes Campaign briefs
• Contribute to new and existing customer expansion and upsell activities
• Individually field sales activities as well as travel to customer locations
• Individually develop solutions that helps solves Targeting clients marketing and advertising objectives
• Collaborate on solution development and execution, requests for information, and other documentation that is requested or needed by the client: this to include joint or individual sales proposals on product details, capabilities and benefits
• Collaborate effectively with operations, legal, compliance, finance or any other groups as required to manage the client relationship
• Recognize potential revenue opportunities and jointly collaborate with sales to craft the appropriate solution for the client on an ongoing basis.
• Partner with other business areas such as product management and marketing personnel to ensure product and service education is delivered to assigned portfolio
• Articulate, inform and make recommendations to clients or prospects on Targeting solutions with ongoing consultation to uncover and resolve business challenges
• This role is highly suited for those individuals that are committed to progressing towards a Sales Account Director or Business Development Executive role within Targeting Sales
• Generate product recommendations or solution designs with integration requirements
• Act as the subject matter expert for Digital Marketing trends and emerging marketing technologies
• Provide continuous feedback to stakeholders as input for improvements to standard sales and service processes and methodologies
