Solution Consultant - Collection
- 5+ years of experience in a either or both of:
- A Professional Services environment delivering client facing projects
- A Professional Services environment leading pre-sales engagements
- A retail banking environment covering risk management, product management, or CRM
- Minimum of 2 years working in collections or supporting collections activities
- Has solid experience leading or participating in pre-sales engagements for banking clients
- Has led business process and/or software design for software delivery projects to banking clients.
- Has extensive knowledge and is articulate in retail banking concepts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate qualification (preferred)
- Strong communication skills – professional proficiency in writing reports, functional specification and presentation
- Innovative and inquisitive mind, focused on addressing and solving issues on hand holistically with details
- Strong interpersonal skills and focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong collaboration and teamwork – know how to lead with full accountability and be part of the team with full motivation
- Knows how to enjoy cultural differences and changes occurring in the team and project
- Computer language skill isn’t required but Pseudo code driven analysis is required
- Professional MS Office Suit skill is must
- Fluent oral and written English skill is must
