·   Experience of Technical Consultancy in a service delivery environment

·   Experience of Lead Technical Consultancy and solution architecture in large and complex enterprise wide integration solutions

·    You need to be able to:

  • Lead Technical Design Workshops and Requirements Definition and Creation of specification through to sign off.
  • Provide expert product and technical advice and support throughout delivery cycle.
  • Resolve issues/provide insight and direction in deliveries.
  • Help in the Sales Process providing Demonstrations / Presentations.
  • To be recognized as the ‘technical solution expert’.
·   Customer and output focused
·   Ability to work with a virtual team and a high number of stakeholders.

·   Excellent capacity to transfer knowledge, train and mentor other resources in the company.

·   Consultancy skills, being able to elicit the key drivers and requirements from the client and provide the right solution for standard solutions.

·   Excellent oral and written communication and influencing skills

·   Effective communication and presentation of propositions and solutions

·   Advanced problem solving and analytical skills

·   Independence, proactivity.

·   Ability to travel around 25% of the time

·   Open to cultural differences
