 As a Senior Solutions Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and expertise as a member of our growing Software Delivery Hub in Sofia.

 From client acquisition solutions to fraud management and collections, our software delivery experts configure, test and implement the full spectrum of products and services we offer worldwide to our clients in the financial, banking, telecom sectors (and that’s only to name a few).



  • Lead software solution configuration activities

  • Perform complex configuration and unit testing tasks

  • Produce client specifications and contribute to the system design

  • Cooperate with project manager in planning and organizing project workload

  • Distribute tasks and act as mentor to junior delivery analyst

  • Identify potential project risks and proactively act to mitigate them

  • Participate in workshops with clients to gather solutions requirements



  • University degree or equivalent standard with a high-numeric, IT or business content

  • 5+ years related experience in software solution design and configuration

  • Significant experience with software configuration tools

  • Good knowledge of XML, SQL and Java;

  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
