Senior Manager, Social Impact - UK&I
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree-qualified, ideally with sustainability, CR or business management
- Post-graduate degree desirable
Key requirements include:
- Requisite gravitas, experience and credibility to build relationships, influence and persuade at senior management level and strong leadership skills
- Minimum five years working with third sector/non-profit organisations
- Working experience of ESG reporting to clients and/or investor groups
- Experience of developing strategic frameworks and strong track record of delivery
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Experience of people management / development
- Excellent organisational ability and project management skills
- Creative thinking and proven ability to develop new solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including excellent written and spoken English
- Track record of working in a fast paced, results driven roles within complex organisations
