As part of the Partner Marketing team in ECS, you will help some of the biggest brands in the business enter this ever-evolving space and bring these benefits to their consumers.

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who wants to expand his or her partner facing skills and brings a strategic mindset to building comprehensive marketing campaigns. In addition to working directly with marketing teams at our partner companies to strategize product launches and grow their programs, you will be responsible for assessing platform marketing capabilities and building a strategic roadmap to modernize ECS’s partner marketing capabilities. You will also be a key part of the growth of our Marketing Services monetization strategy, helping to define the sales pipeline to bring our services to a broader set of partner companies.

• 5+ years of marketing experience delivering multifaceted marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention with demonstrated record of results.
• Hands on proficiency with digital marketing. Cross-channel exposure in search, affiliate, display and/or social preferred, as well as familiarity with general e-commerce conversion principles
• Experience implementing Google Analytics as well as using website performance tracking to drive insights and user experience optimization
• Strategic mindset and demonstrated ability to operate independently and prioritize across multiple projects in different stages of development (ideation, concepting, delivery, optimization)
• Analytical and financial acumen with passion for using numbers to prioritize most impactful efforts and build business case behind marketing recommendations
• Collaborative mindset with ability to think creatively, influence and drive alignment with counterparts at all levels
• Bachelor’s degree required

• Partner facing experience and track record of collaboratively and consultatively driving successful programs in concert with external partners
• Experience interfacing with creative teams and translating stakeholder feedback into actionable creative direction
