What your background looks like

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources Business Partner function
  • A strong business acumen with the capability to align impactful solutions through strong collaboration with HR Business Partners and senior leaders across Experian Consumer Services
  • Successful track record of delivering impactful HR programs and initiatives directly tied to strategic business goals.
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning and organizational design
  • Adept at consulting, advising and influencing leaders on HR related issues
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing changes using a consistent framework of reference
  • High level of self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management, and partner extremely well with others to get work done
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a Business related discipline preferred; Master’s degree in a related discipline is desirable
