Our mission is to develop products that help keep people financially healthy. We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team!

Key Elements of the Position
The Senior HR Business Partner for the Direct to Consumer business, will be based at the Experian NA Headquarters, in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role you will partner closely with Senior Executives to establish and develop talent and organizational strategies intended to attract, develop and engage the workforce. You will play an integral role in building and supporting a high-performance culture in a cutting edge and rapidly transforming business. The Senior HRBP will work closely with HR COEs, functional experts in HR to deliver on specific needs and will be part of a progressive community of HRBPs. 
Must have a successful track record of delivering impactful HR programs and initiatives directly tied to strategic business goals. You'll need to demonstrate the ability to collaborate with and leverage team resources while also enthusiastically taking a hands-on role in supporting the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy
• Act as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies.
• Provide day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation
• Drive the talent strategy in the business by contributing HR counsel, data and judgment to the organization’s major strategic decisions
• Collaborate with Human Resource Centers of Excellence to leverage expertise, data analytics, tools, consistency and compliance in organizational change efforts.
• Develop and execute human capital plans to support performance management, talent development and organizational changes
• Build a strong relationship with your client by working collaboratively and ensuring that HR is supporting business goals and projects are seamlessly executed
• Provide guidance to leaders and employees though employee relations matters

Knowledge, Experience, & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a Business related discipline preferred; Master’s degree in a related discipline is desirable
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources Business Partner and HR Program Management function
• Previous experience as an HRBP in a Business to Consumer (B2C) organization
• Experience supporting an employee group made up of ecommerce, marketing, creative, CRM, and analytics professionals preferred.
• Proven success working with senior leaders to align people
• Experience in strategic workforce planning and organizational design
• Adept at consulting, advising and influencing leaders on HR related issues to implement appropriate solutions
• Demonstrated success designing and implementing changes using a consistent framework of reference
• Exceptional influencing skills
• High level of self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management, and partner extremely well with others to get work done
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
