Education and Training
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Should be fluent in written and spoken English
  • ITIL qualification or equivalent experience is desirable

Experience and Knowledge

  • Technical knowledge to assist clients in implementing REST APIs across a variety of different client technologies
  • Some business analysis experience useful although the main-focus will be on understanding and documenting client data requirements and implications
  • Must have working knowledge on relational database such as Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server
  • Understanding of Open Source technologies and/or be able to work comfortably in a technical environment
  • Working cross-functionally in a virtual team with product and development in an agile (or similar) environment

  • Comfortable and effective in working across regions and cultures

Working Hours

This role is focussed on client on-boarding and support, this role may require working outside of normal office hours to align with clients’ development teams working across different time zones.Occasional travel to client sites may be required for this role.


Minimum Technical Skills:
  • Linux/Unix familiar
  • Web Services ( SOAP and REST-JSON )
  • Basic knowledge on SQL language
  • Basic Network knowledge, internal versus external IP addresses, ability to work through problems methodically
  • Ability to read and interpret scripts/logs from the following
    • Groovy script
    • Java script
    • Bash/shell script
