We're currently looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in automation and testing client-server applications.

The person in this role will be dedicated to a product that offers a simple solution to what was previously a highly complex challenge – maximizing the performance of your customer interactions by determining the optimal offer, action or message for each individual customer. It enables a company to achieve its financial goals while simultaneously considering its management policies, operational constraints, regulatory requirements, and contact protocols.

Designed for business users, Marketswitch Optimization is a highly configurable decision tool that uses a proprietary mathematical process to make truly objective decisions across the customer life cycle – from acquisitions and portfolio management to collections and recovery.


Responsibilities:

Leading design and implementation of product’s test strategy

Leading design and implementation of automation testing framework and infrastructure

Working in an agile environment, promoting agile testing practices and process improvements

Takes part in software design discussions, reviews, planning and strategy sessions

Analyses requirements, writes and executes test cases, prepares and communicates tests status and progress reports

Designs and performs various types of functional and non-functional tests on the product

Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance

Practical experience in test automation

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and software testing methodologies.

Good knowledge and experience with Databases and SQL.

Good knowledge of software architecture, operating systems and computer networks.

Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming.

University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Excellent English and communication skills.

Any of the following abilities and skills will be considered an advantage:

Experience with Java

Experience with different test automation frameworks and tools (Robot, Cucumber, Selenium, QFTest)

Experience with Continuous integration systems (e.g. Jenkins)

Experience with distributed computing and data storage (e.g. Apache Hadoop)

Passionate about applied mathematics or statistics
