Program Director – EMS Managed Services

Description
Experian Marketing Services (“EMS”) is seeking a seasoned program management professional to organize and execute the strategic business objectives of the Managed Services team that is responsible for client operations and service delivery of EMS products and solutions. In addition to a mastery of program and project management disciplines, the ideal candidate is a multi-tasker, quick learner and change agent in a matrixed organizational environment. He/she will drive multiple, cross-functional teams tasked with refining process cycle times, realigning work responsibilities and increasing financial benefits to create an efficient and scalable delivery organization. The Program Director will not only capture progress updates to present to senior leadership, but also possess the ability to influence and provide direction at all levels.

Responsibilities
• Organize program and project activities in accordance with the goals and objectives of Managed Services.
• Develop, manage and lead continuous process improvement strategies and initiatives based upon directives from senior leadership and governance teams.
• Provide assignments and oversight to program participants, who may include members from any department or level within the company and potentially participants from outside EMS.
• Hold individual project teams accountable for on-time progress updates and deliverables.
• Identify barriers and communicate risks that impact client satisfaction, financials, employee engagement or other business concerns.
• Create and/or evolve existing tools and mechanisms for coordinating project teams as well as capturing and reporting progress updates.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status to senior leadership.
• Work with Managed Services management team to develop and maintain program KPIs and other operational metrics.

Qualifications
• Proven experience simultaneously managing multiple and sometimes disparate projects in a matrixed organization without direct supervisorial responsibilities.
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives for operations organizations including the transition to offshore resources.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma concepts including Kanban methods for tracking progress.
• Knowledge of data and analytical marketing/advertising services in traditional and digital media.
• Ability to create new relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills of complex business and operational issues.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to travel to other EMS locations as needed (expected travel less than 25% but may require more initially).
