To research, plan, create and deliver training courses and workshops as directed by the Training Lead to help our staff and clients fully understand how to design, build, test, maintain and support Experian Product solutions throughout the customer life cycle.

 

·        Deliver Training internally and externally

o   Deliver effective solution training across multiple regions to audiences with a wide range of intellects, experience (trainee through to director) and agendas.

o   Continually be up to date on new Experian products and solutions.

o   Identify, highlight and communicate potential risks and considerations when building solutions using Experian products.

·        Product Expertise.

o   Demonstrate a detailed understanding of all Experian core product solutions.

o   Understand Experian processes and procedures, especially in delivery and support areas

o   Work closely with the Product Management group; keep abreast of current / future product / solutions. and understand new products, versions, platforms, and technologies.

o   Liaise with Global development / consultancy regarding new product developments.

o   Champion specific Experian products - expert on a specific product.

·        Design & Update Training Courses & Materials

o   Design innovative and effective training courses and materials to meet Experian’s training requirements (maximum impact and learning effectiveness, minimum delivery time and material cost, easy to maintain). To be delivered across multiple regions and divisions to meet changing solution set and business and technical requirements.

o   Work closely with Global teams to produce multimedia materials where required.

o   Suggest ways to transform training materials from classroom to multimedia where appropriate.

o   Use the knowledge of delivery and support processes and role to assist in Needs Analysis with Global teams.

·        Arrange & Advertise Training Courses.

o   Identify training needs and ensure delegate awareness of courses - Ensure training is ‘timely’

·        Training Team Support - Share knowledge, exchange ideas and appraise courses.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

·        Typically requires a minimum of 5 years relevant training  experience.

·        Expert presentation and training skills.

·        Expert skills in the preparation of innovative training materials.

·        Strong knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications.

·        Project coordination knowledge and/or experience.

·        Demonstrable hands on experience of process management

·        Strong oral and written communication skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from various countries and cultures.

·        Excellent  English command – both written and spoken.
