Experience
  • Solid experience in a relevant discipline, preferably a product management or consulting role in an Experian client organisation, or a relevant software company.
  • Knowledge of credit decision management processes within one or more vertical markets.
  • Good knowledge of credit decision management solutions, including software, data and analytics – across design/implementation and execution.
  • Detailed understanding of how software products deliver business benefits to our clients and partner organisations.
  • Good insight of software product development processes.
  • Track record of effective delivery in a fast growing business.
  • Strong organisational and management skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively in a complex, matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working in agile product management, specifically Scrum desired.
 
 
 
Required:
  • Demonstrated ability to think with agility, quality, and scalability in mind
  • Experience with SaaS products, with insight of software product development processes and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of product management methodologies, tools, practices, and change management techniques.
  • Adept at managing, and developing complex products with tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational and planning skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix environment.
  • Good coordination, negotiation, persuasion and dispute resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence and build productive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Good analytical mindset with attention to detail and superior reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Customer orientation and client relation skills with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Good oral / written communication skills with facilitation ability.
  •  
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of decision management products and services, including software, data & analytics.
  • Knowledge of Experian’s software products and the business benefits they deliver to clients.
  • Experience working with partners and channel programs.
  • Understanding of business requirements and technical limitations of complex SaaS offerings.
  • Track record of effective delivery in a fast growing business.
  • Demonstrated experience with Dev/Ops, continuous delivery and/or agile product management.
  • Familiarity with global SaaS concerns including data security and privacy, data and transaction integrity, regulatory compliance, cross-border data restrictions, etc.
  • Individuals who are constantly learning about how to deliver success and how to replicate that success across the organization strongly desired.
 
EDUCATION
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Marketing or related field or equivalent
  • Desired: Pragmatic Marketing or similar product management certification.
 
This role is part of the global DA team, therefore, there will be global travel on occasion.
