We’re looking for designers to work on exciting projects that play a key part in the new direction we’re headed in.

We need someone with loads of initiative to create functional and beautiful experiences that engage diverse audiences.  Someone who loves finding creative ways to solve design challenges and improve the customer experience. 


The role sits within the Digital Product Team whose remit is to help consumers to really understand their financial circumstances, and to provide the products and services they need to make every aspect of their financial lives better.


You have the opportunity to shape the next generation of consumer financial services that can make this happen.


You should have a good understanding of UX and digital product design.  Ideally, you will have experience of designing digital products in the finance sector, and of working closely with product and development teams.


More than simply designing great experiences, you will help to drive significant transformation for our business.  You’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use design solutions for millions of users.

You should have:
  • Degree level education in design, HCI, computing or similar.
  • Experience working in the Experience Design/ Service Design space
  • Confidence in communicating, defending, and building consensus around design decisions
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • A passion for keeping up with the emerging digital trends and culture, and engaging with the wider digital creative community
  • Solid understanding of design thinking, and user-centred design methods across the full product design lifecycle
  • Experience in diagramming, prototyping and design tools such as Sketch, Invision. and Zeplin
