As a Product Analyst, you will assist in the development, roll-out and positioning of our products and solutions to clients within our Customer Management software releases. On this role you will support the software development process throughout its lifecycle including: liaising with regional teams to understand market needs and conduct relevant research, gather client and stakeholder requirements and document those requirements for new product and proposition opportunities, as well as educating regional teams and clients on the product updates as new versions are released.  

  • Supporting market launch plans for all activity with tracking and reporting for key stakeholders
  • Collecting and tracking market requirements for product planning
  • Working collaboratively with software development teams to ensure development is aligned to market needs and opportunities
  • Working closely with our regional market teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of the market
  • Supporting the creation of global product roadmaps and strategies
  • Creating internal and client facing product collateral
  • Executing software demonstrations to internal and external audiences
  • Providing presales support where the pre-sales support teams require your specialist knowledge

  • 2+ years relevant working experience on a similar product analyst role
  • Market and product knowledge preferably in the decision management sphere
  • Working knowledge of marketing and/or software product management principles
  • Good innovation skills and creative thinking
  • Ability to write high quality documentation
  • Organised, with the aptitude to deliver to planned timescales
  • Good researching skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
