Experian’s Integrated Marketing team is seeking a progressive Marketing Automation Producer to help us develop and grow our B2B business and deliver a best-in-class online experience. 

In this role, you’ll be in the thick of all our digital marketing efforts, with hands-on involvement across the spectrum of B2B marketing activities. Gain knowledge and expertise in various sales and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua, and Adobe Experience Manager.

We’re a fast-paced and results-oriented marketing team, so we’re looking for someone who can jump right in, think on their feet, be resourceful and be eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be the right balance of creative and analytical, responding quickly to marketing requests while also paying meticulous attention to campaign results and reporting.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Work with marketing managers and internal stakeholders in planning and executing automated multi-touch marketing campaigns
  • Build, schedule, test and deploy of marketing campaigns, including emails, forms, landing pages, metric reports and CRM integration
  • Architect and configure email campaign canvas and audience segmentations
  • Perform end-to-end QA of Eloqua campaign functionality and Salesforce data integration
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize emails for deliverability, open rates, click through and conversion on both desktop and mobile devices
  • Create marketing campaign reports and dashboards; continually optimize the conversion funnel via A/B testing, segmentation, personalization
  • Provide frequent performance analysis and regular status reports, report on campaign key performance indicators, and make recommendations that increase results
  • Work with marketing operations teams when necessary to enhance functionality and features to support marketing experiences
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing automation trends and best practices, as well as email and landing page optimization advancements

Required Competencies and Technical Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant marketing experience
  • Eloqua Certification or equivalent expertise in a comparable automation platform
  • HTML coding expertise (dynamic, mobile-responsive emails, web pages and landing pages)
  • Hands-on experience with custom data objects, dynamic content, responsive templates, A/B testing, etc.
  • Proven experience HTML/CSS coding of emails and landing pages, including responsive coding concepts
  • Experience with marketing automation applications (Eloqua 10 preferred), content management systems (Adobe AEM preferred) and CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • A sharp eye for detail, quality of output, and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt deliverables and plans as priorities shift
  • Success in project managing multiple marketing campaigns across multiple marketing teams
  • Ability to execute quick iterations to test theories and designs
  • Microsoft Office Suite (with focus on Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
  • Must be able to take a problem-solving approach to business challenges
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a corporate marketing environment, preferably with a financial services, B2B focus
