Manager, Privileged Account Management (CyberArk)

This leadership position has primary responsibility for the development and evolution of Experian’s Privileged Account Management systems and tools globally. Focused on security, this position will efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems and applications in regards to Privileged Account Management to deliver continuous security uplifts and operational improvements. This position is both a governance and hands-on role and will have accountability for development and maintenance of the overall program to provide access to data or systems based on “principle of least privilege”.

Additionally, this individual will have direct people management responsibilities for the engineering team responsible for the design and development of our global Privileged Account Management tools. They will be a leader and mentor to the development/engineering team's staff. As a leader, the PAM Build Manager will coach team members and nurture talent to develop a broad skill set relevant to their career development and goals


•  Collaborate with group of stakeholders in the creation and deployment of workflows that benefit from the use of a PAM solution.
•  Lead a team of engineers with full stack accountability for technologies utilized to deliver PAM Security services.
•  Drive or inform technology direction based on security and customer requirements, including buy vs. build decisions.
•  Manage and execute delivery against product and project roadmaps.
•  Articulate the business and technical benefits of Privileged Account Management and communicate to business stakeholders with the intent create awareness about Privileged Account Management health and hygiene.
•  Ensure timely delivery of Identity Management Capabilities per strategic roadmap and in line with our vision to deliver a “world class, operationally excellent” Privileged Account Management system.
•  Ensure quality of deliverables for all new capabilities being delivered to adhere to PAM best practices
•  Ensure roadmap and deliverables are aligned with GSO control objectives
•  Outline standards for technical and operational documentations are being adhered to
•  Ensure smooth and comprehensive hand off of new capabilities to IAM Run team
•  Work with group of stakeholders to support onboarding new applications and services.
•  Provide guidance and oversight for Tier 3 troubleshooting of operational issues with respect to identity vaulting.
•  Prioritize and balance workloads of engineering/development teams across BAU deliverables and new capability implementations per defined work intake process
•  Enable agile delivery of capabilities and enhancements to support quicker delivery and shorter development cycles.
•  Performing as a team member and team leader: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff

•  Bachelors Degree
•  5+ years of experience with Identity and Privileged Access Management platforms such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, Okta, Lieberman, Thycotic, etc.
•  3+ years of experience in Application development
•  3+ years of experience working in a cloud or cloud-hybrid environment

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Masters Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
•  7+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management platforms such as CyberArk, Centrify, Xceedium, Hitachi PAM, Liebermann, Thycotic, etc.
•  5+ Years of experience in Application development
•  4+ Years of experience in Java, Unix, Oracle and SQL Server
•  3+ Years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Session Manager
•  3+ Years of experience as a Technical Lead or People Manager
•  3+ Years of experience in COTS products while interacting with the vendor
•  3+ Years of experience in DBMS (Oracle / SQL server).
•  3+ Years of experience in Active Directory
