As an Internal Account Representative, you will support the Sales and Marketing lead generation process. This is a customer facing role, where the Internal Account Representative will follow up on leads generated by Sales and Marketing initiatives and qualify a client’s interest in pursuing a follow up discussion with an Experian Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales and Marketing lead generation process:
    • Achieve monthly and annual targets set
    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
    • Present Experian to potential clients
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Schedule appointments for Account Managers, where leads are qualified
    • Report on sales activity against agreed metrics
    • Generate proposals on agreed standardised templates
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of clients, contracts, opportunities and other information using Salesforce
  • Ensure that client satisfaction is maintained through effective sales support and regular contact
  • Maintain regular interaction by mail and phone with clients and prospects to engage them with our Experian brand and ensure good participation in different events, workshops, webinars or customer advisory boards


Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls
• Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close smaller deals
• Ability to comprehend Experian products and to communicate our value proposition to prospects
• Hands on experience with Social media, preferably with Linkedin Sales Navigator
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
• Aptitude for lead nurturing, lead generation and appointment settings
• Highly organized and attention to details
• Excellent presentation skills
• Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
• Verbal and written communication skills in English, additional languages are considered as an advantage
