Requirements (Knowledge)
• 1-2 years of experience with HTML and CSS languages
• Experience with mobile responsive web design frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, Material Design, etc.)
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and other agile development methods and techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using a variety of database and change management software tools/suites (Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, AtTask, BaseCamp)

Requirements (Skills)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – the ability to present and articulate complex subject matter in an easily digestible format for stakeholders
• Analytical with a studied, pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Strong prioritization and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high pressure, performance-driven environment
• Tolerance and flexibility for resolving ambiguities
• Meticulous (to the extreme) attention to detail

“Like to Haves”
• Javascript experience.
• Experience working with a content management system, such as Wordpress.
• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Prior experience working in credit, banking, and/or identity protection services
• Prior experience working in a Scrum environment
• College degree in a technical-related field of study or certification from a coding boot camp
