BROAD FUNCTION

 
  • Manage existing member base, with clear segmentation. Develop membership strategies addressing the concerns of the segments.

     
  • Develop segment specific value propositions to drive client engagement.

     
  • Manage member base growth and engagement, to create a strong credit bureau community.

     
  • Develop and implement the strategy to increase adoption across the market, as well as increased engagement from the existing member base.

     
  • Assists in the development of DP SME Commercial Credit Bureau in terms of products enhancements to support membership growth.

     
  • Marketing, concept development, sales presentation, analyzing market trends, developing and implementing business plans, assessing business opportunities and implementing new projects into viable business undertaking. 

     
  • Help drive in the execution of strategic marketing plan and long-range business plan for all products within the DP Group of companies and its subsidiaries and associates.

 

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main KPIs of the role are to manage;

    • Membership volume and activity levels

    • Data contribution; quality & quantity

    • Utilization levels of bureau products

  • Monitor and report on membership activities and provide relevant management information.

  • Develop a membership segmentation and specific value propositions to ensure both retention and increased usage, liaising with the Customer Service team.

  • Identify new & innovative approaches to encourage more companies to join DP SME Commercial Credit Bureau.

  • Establish execution plans, build marketing and related materials related to growing the number of DP SME Credit Bureau members and/or data contribution.

  • Support the Sales and Account Management teams in executing the strategy, in a Pre-Sales support capacity.

  • Actively solicit members to participate in our DP SME Commercial Credit Bureau; tie up with associations, societies to conduct training sessions and seminars related to Credit Bureau.

  • Follow internal delivery processes and make recommendations where appropriate; able to liaise with all relevant internal departments to ensure accounts are serviced correctly.

  • Any other matters assigned.


  • Degree in Finance/Marketing preferred.

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer portfolio management and/or pre-sales.

  • Relevant experience in financial services /  credit risk domain will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of how organizations use data in their business decisions and operations.

  • Ability to relate to the needs of both home-grown enterprises and international corporations.

  • Strong and proven pre-sales & organizational skills.

  • Effective presentation skills and C-level stakeholder management experience.

  • Strong problem-solving skills as demonstrated in prior professional efforts.

  • Demonstrated leadership in roles of increasing responsibility.

  • Record of success in making quantifiable difference to prior organizations, projects or teams.

  • Enthusiastic and tenacious about solving problems, and motivated to succeed as individuals and as part of a team.

  • Action-oriented and energetic team player. Ability to interact collaboratively with team members and operate as an integral member as well as forge effective relationships with customers, both external and internal.
