We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven HR Generalist to join our HR team. The person in this role will lead all operational activities needed for executing the HR agenda in the partnering with a specific client group. He/she will have a key role in linking the people to the business strategy in the most efficient way in the contexts of the Experian culture.

 

The HR Generalist works closely and reports functionally to the HR Business Partner for the specific client group.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Delivers excellent customer service by building strong, effective, proactive working relationships with internal customers, peers and colleagues.

  • Assists managers in the effective use of Performance and Talent and Succession tools and processes. Builds analysis and concludes on trends to ensure HRBP can effectively support, advise and guide in performance reviews, calibrations and decisions for employees.

  • Understands and implements the specific reward processes. Tracks individual salary levels, benchmarking with the company ranges and market, keeping abreast of the market HR practices of competitive companies. Prepares annual cycle and off-cycle documents to support individual justifications and decisions. Works closely with HRBP to support the HR position to managers and stakeholders.

  • Participates in regular meetings with the managers, suggests to HRBP topics to be scheduled and follow-up with communication as needed.

  • Provides day-to-day support for operational issues or ad-hoc needs – e.g. discussions with employees, addressing specific cases, termination of contracts, etc. Deals with employee and managers queries

  • Consults with the HR team for all areas of comprehensive HR services to the business.

  • Contributes to the development and implementation of HR practices. Ensure that any activity is in line with all other business/HR issues at all times.
  • Supports hiring process with maintaining onboarding documents and communication, internship programs, potential retention of short-term hires and mobility cases.
  • Supports processing of promotions and lateral moves (utilizes site growth opportunities) – needed approvals, system records, etc.
  • Owns and leads the Onboarding and Exit Programs across the site.
  • Performs on regular basis Onboarding and Exit surveys analysis and consolidation, presenting details, trends, action planning.
  • Leads Global Mobility process for Bulgaria – is a focal point in the country for both assignments and permanent relocations, supporting employees and managers with information, preparing documents for the respective projects and maintaining assignment dossiers.
  • Supports engagement survey action planning consolidation & delivery. Supports HRBP's to deliver the people plans for the functions, when needed.
  • Performs activities related to the development and learning initiatives for the partnered functions working with HRBP and L&D expert.
  • Participates in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives

 


Requirements:
  • University Degree level in Business/HR/Economics;
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Typically: 2-3 years of experience in HR fields

  • Commercial understanding – comprehend internal clients’ business needs, suggest people management initiatives in a cost efficient manner that serve the client well knowing current business challenges, core values and organization culture that is on the focus.
