Candidate Profile:

 

Experience:
• Head of- or leadership experience in an Operations ideally in an SRE type set-up
• Direct experience of Operations and knowing how to drive towards resilience and robustness
• Global work environment, has lead and managed across globally distributed teams
• Global vision – can drive for platform scale across a large business with huge growth potential

 

Key Behaviours:
• Excellent communication skills. Written and verbal fluency in English is required
• Highly organised and can drive the right production discipline in the team
• Able to create direction and drive delivery in a complex environment with conflicting priorities
• Working across boundaries - geographically, teams, language and cultural
• A strong individual driver, and a team player who will support a large number of people across the organization
