Digital Marketing Specialist
Experian’s Integrated Marketing team is seeking a talented digital marketer with website management experience in the B2B/financial services or tech industry. This is a highly visible role that requires a candidate with both digital marketing and project management experience.

What you’ll be doing
The ideal applicant is an exceptional multi-tasker that drives flawless and speedy execution – and works well across multiple teams. This person has experience managing expectations, organizing and triaging departmental requests, working with multiple stakeholders to complete projects on time.
- Primary point-of-contact for North America B2B website maintenance and updates
- Responsible for maintaining performance metrics, keyword performance, and business impact based on established KPIs, including form/chat/phone conversion, lead generation, pipeline/revenue influence and ROI
- Accountable for maintaining a stakeholder panel where overall site strategy, updates, content prioritization are discussed and agreed
- Implementation of AEM page authoring and content updates
- Manage ongoing webpage update cadence and respective timelines; accountable for response times and speed-to-market on all goal-driven updates
- Aggregator and facilitator of all stakeholder web requests
- Responsible for B2B keyword/SEO management for cross-department campaigns and webpages
- Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and other measurement resources, as needed, to accurately measure impact of work
- Monitor and maintain project status updates in the team’s project management platform (Wrike)
What your background looks like
- Minimum 2+ years’ progressive experience working in digital marketing, preferably with a B2B focus
- Experience working with digital marketing tools including: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Terminus, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Spyfu, Google Search Console
- Technical SEO expertise including understanding of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages a plus
- Strong level of proficiency in using enterprise-level content management systems and digital marketing tools to plan campaigns, generate leads, and measure performance. Preference for experience in using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, trends and overall marketing communications principles and best practices
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and work under tight deadline pressures
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, digital/interactive media, business, marketing, or similar discipline
