The Decisioning as a Service – Decisioning Consultant is accountable for successful solution deliveries, and for driving “One Experian” alignment across multiple business units, including Consumer Information Services (CIS), Decision Analytics (DA), Experian Advisory Services (EAS) Business Information Services (BIS), Automotive (Auto) and Experian Consumer Services (ECS). These efforts will result in generating new revenue via the Decisioning as a Service platform for these Experian businesses. Key activities include leading and owning the delivery of both pre-configured and customized hosted decisioning solutions for Experian’s clients. The Decisioning as a Service – Decisioning Consultant is also responsible for managing their portfolio of solutions and for expanding business at their existing clients. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring strong coordination and effective transition from the Decisioning as a Service – New Business Consultant for new business at new clients (where applicable).
  • Accountable for entire delivery lifecycle from requirements definition to post-production support, and ensure solutions meet all business and compliance-related requirements.
  • Responsible for capturing client requirements and producing comprehensive business requirements documents.
  • Accountable for coordinating cross-discipline delivery teams that can include resources from DA-Software, DA-Sciences, DA-Fraud, EAS, GTS, GPD, Automotive, CIS, BIS and ECS.
  • Responsible for expanding Decisioning as a Service presence at existing clients to drive additional revenue. Decisioning Consultants shall create solution-overview diagrams, solution roadmaps, level-of-effort estimates, Pricing Proposals, initial contract redlines and helping to ensure compliance and membership approval.
  • Accountable for ensuring highest degree of client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for coordinating with DaaS Support for post-production support. 
  • Ability to capture abstract and complex decisioning requirements and document in professional grade flow charts and comprehensive business requirements documents.
  • Excellent knowledge of the decisioning process and the practical application of data, credit attributes, scoring and complex decisioning criteria for credit-related decision areas.
  • Effective communications skills to work directly with clients, sales, and the technical staff, including verbal as well as written (e.g. requirements writing).
  • Excellent knowledge of existing Experian products and services across multiple businesses (CIS, DA, BIS, Auto and ECS) and ability to deliver via Decisioning as a Service.
  • Ability to program-manage large complex multi-dimensional projects.
  • Ability to delegate effectively across a matrix organization.
  • Technical ability to access systems and logs for research requests and data analysis (but would not perform developments tasks).
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in PowerCurve Strategy Management, including Stragey Design Document creation and Strategy Design Studio.
  • Bachelor´s or Master Degree.
  • 6-8 years of related experience.
