Technical Architect is accountable for the software design, which needs to be delivered in collaboration and alignment with business and architecture requirements incl. security rules and technology trends to guarantee re-useable and high-quality products. Defines and maintain coding standards and facilitates code review process.

We are currently looking for Technical Database Architect to take part in both development of new products and supporting existing solutions.


Research new technologies and apply gathered knowledge in alignment with Enterprise architecture

Create and validate the software architecture, and communicate it to the Dev teams, in order to enable the efficient build of the solutions

Understand the existing code and modules and how they fit in overall system architecture. Provide architectural roadmap as well as a clear vision and solution designs to the Dev teams

Provide on time and with needed details architectural blueprints and technical leadership to delivery teams

Produce technical design and relevant specifications based on analysis of business requirements and technical issues in alignment with project and team standards

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle and play a key role in effective architecture design and design implementation

Keep informed about everything new in identified technology areas, propose and design the implementation of state-of-art technology and functional database improvements 

Participate in defining and setting the code quality standards and source code management.

Ensure they are followed by the Database Dev team

7+ years of professional experience in Oracle database development
Expertise and experience across a wide range of technologies, including NoSQL Database, ETL, etc.
Experienced with full product lifecycle using formal development methodologies, e.g. Agile
Excellent knowledge in database development (including the development of stored procedures, functions, triggers, packages, types, tables, views, indexes, jobs, etc.) with Oracle and other databases
Excellent database design and modeling skills
Very good database tuning and optimization skills
Good influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with cross-region virtual teams (incl. third-party and/or partner members)
Proficiency in English
