  • Gather and analyze data relating to client fraud prevention to identify ways to improve systemic and business performance through enhanced configuration, prioritization and best practice and delivery

  • Clearly, confidently and accurately communicate proof of concept and simulation configurations and proposed performance enhancements, demonstrating their impact and their associated benefits to clients and internal stakeholders via presentation

  • Utilize extensive product knowledge and subject matter expertise to contribute effectively to strategic and technical solution design

  • Present to clients and internal stakeholders the requirements for executing proofs of concept and assist the same groups in their participation.

  • Issue regular business Intelligence reports or documentation highlighting proof of concept performance, areas of strength and recommendations for further improvement to the consultancy team

  • Provide an open channel of communication and support to clients throughout the lifecycle of all initiatives and beyond

  • Demonstrable experience of creating all types of retrospective related documentation, to quality and deadline, detailing project scope, requirements, approach, solution etc

  • Proactively initiate, develop, maintain and leverage strong working relationships on a local, national and global scale, in support of providing a “best in class” sales support service

  • Share acquired skills and knowledge with team members and colleagues through both formal and informal channels in support of the EMEA sales function

  • Evaluate fraud rules as characteristics via modelling

  • Embrace client oriented approach and carry best in class attitude based on experience and knowledge



  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics and/or Economics

  • 3+ Years’ experience in an analytical role

  • Possess a strong working knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies and tools i.e. TOAD, SQL Developer

  • Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tool suite including latest versions of Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

  • Possess a working knowledge of XML and JSON formats

  • Embrace technology and available tools and processes to best facilitate global team working i.e. Live Meeting, Video Calls, document / knowledge repositories

  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to help minimise the effects of geographical and regional variances

  • Good operational knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques, modelling & scoring solutions

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Business travel will be required from time to time

  • Fluent English Speaker, German and/or French could be considered as an advantage
