We are looking for people with:

  • Experience of working in a referencing or employment screening team
  • Experience of managing a team in a fast-paced customer facing environment.
  • Ability to inspire and engage those you lead to achieve both their business and personal goals
  • Be an influential coach and mentor and a key driver for people development
  • Be committed to delivering exceptional customer service by putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • Have excellent time management, motivational and decision-making skills
  • Be self-motivated and able to drive your own development
  • Have knowledge of compliance and information security regulations within the team
  • Can forecast and resource plan to ensure department SLA’s are achieved
  • Analyse and report on activities, trends and results to identify opportunities of improvement and growth
