Key Result Areas

 

        Training Administration

  • Contribute to and deliver the Compliance training strategy

  • Ongoing management of training materials and records for the Compliance team

  • Ongoing management of Compliance training materials used by the Experian UKI business and the administration of Compliance e-learning packages deployed via Experian’s Learning Management System.

  • Sourcing and/or creating new training materials for the Compliance team and the wider Experian business

  • Assisting in the identification and administration of external training and qualifications for the Compliance team

     

         Communications/Awareness Programmes 
  • Contribute to and deliver the Compliance communications strategy

  • Develop communications plans for Compliance related topics to be delivered to the Experian UKI business or the Compliance team

  • Coordinate the creation of material for individual communications/awareness campaigns and produce copy for review by stakeholders/approvers.

     

        Compliance Document and Resource Maintenance 
  • Ongoing governance and maintenance of all existing shared documentation that the Compliance team is responsible for.  This includes internal (team), business facing and client facing documents held within the Compliance UKI Sharepoint site.

  • Management includes logging new documents, developing processes for the review of, and where appropriate updates to, existing documents and ensuring that reviews and updates are completed in a timely manner.

  • Members of the Compliance Senior Management Team

  • Subject matter experts in the UKI Compliance team

  • UKI Business line training representatives

  • HR Learning and Development team

  • UK Internal Communications

  • Third Party training suppliers

  • Global Compliance colleagues

     

       Required Experience 
  • At least two years’ experience of working in a general administration role, preferably in a training, communications or procurement environment.

     

       Required Skills 
  • Excellent written communications

  • Creative thinker

  • Ability to influence individuals at a similar level

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and work within defined branding guidelines

  • Basic knowledge and use of industry standard e-learning development software

Please note, this is a part-time, 12 months FTC role, based on 20.5 hours per week.
