To contribute to and shape the development and enhancement of products concepts and services to meet changing market and client needs.
 
PORFOLIO LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate legislation such as financial and data protection areas and that the solution architecture and design reflect these requirements
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant objectives within the business case through regular review process
  • Review product performance, post implementation, and make effective recommendations upon identification of poor performance
  • Manage the products and solutions thru their lifecycle from concept to sunsetting
 
BUSINESS PLANNING
  • Formulation of comprehensive, integrated, business cases and robust product life plans
  • Presentation of business cases to Product Development Committee
     
    INDUSTRY ACUMEN
  • Establish and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry and technical developments in software solutions, data development and products in order to identify limitations and opportunities for new developments/services
  1. CROSS DIVISIONAL CO-OPERATION / CORPORATE INTEGRATION
  • Support the proactive management of clients multiple relationships within the Group, exploring opportunities for cross selling and development of new products
  • Successful input to and co-ordination of input from Experian’s global business, marketing and technical areas resulting in idea generation, buy-in to proposals and production of thorough feasibility and cost analyses.
  • Promotion of team working and cross fertilisation of ideas.
 
  1. AD HOC PROJECTS
  • Support the generation of bespoke products for high value clients, acting as an expert, identifying opportunities for the adoption of other Experian products/solutions to Italy
