Using a B2B2C marketing model, Experian Partner Solutions works with leading brands across industries such as financial services, insurance and membership services, building tailored programs to help their customers take control of their financial lives. We enable our clients (partner businesses) to offer market leading protection against the latest threats to consumers’ identity and financial profiles, including:

• Dark Web monitoring
• Identity theft detection
• Identity restoration services
• Credit profile monitoring

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our established and motivated Business Operations team. The candidate will work with and learn from fellow analysts, as well as cross-functional teams like account development, platform operations, and product development.

This Business Analyst role ensures that our partner’s operational performance needs are consistently satisfied. They do this through proactive reporting and analysis of benefit and service delivery. They consistently share insights across cross-functional teams to improve overall quality and delivery of these services. The ideal candidate gets excitement out of analyzing complex and disparate data. They have the desire to constantly identify areas for improvement in internal reporting and data mining processes. They are tech-savvy, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a solid team player.

Responsibilities Include:
• Working cross-functionally with Account Development, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Technology as needed to support business objectives.
• Proactively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting daily service results for optimal business operational performance
• Status reporting and communicating on a regular basis with partner and internal management teams, and mitigation of matters affecting delivery of service
• Supporting technical and platform operations teams in data analysis while effectively managing change in the environment
• Managing performance relative to Service Level Agreement (SLA), while delivering against monthly and quarterly objectives
• Evaluating, refining and reporting on daily operational issues/successes, execute daily process/audit reviews and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner
• Maintaining relationships with existing partners by researching and understanding their business needs, responding to partner concerns and problems and acting as the liaison between the partner and internal departments.
• Key participant in partner business reviews and planning sessions to further strengthen core services and partner relationship
• 3 years of professional experience in a data analytics or data reporting capacity
• Basic experience with SQL. Tableau and Alteryx experience a plus
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptionally strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written skills with demonstrated experience translating analytics findings into business insights
• Great organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives, react to shifting priorities while adhering to deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree required
