Job Summary:
Client Development Executive is dedicated to growth of Experian Health’s revenue and market share via prospecting and engaging providers with no footprint with Experian Health today. The CDE proactively engages new potential clients personally identified or received from Lead Generation Representative to drive high volume transactions and long-term revenue growth for Experian Health

Job Duties:
• Proactively engage new potential clients focusing on new prospects and markets for Experian Health
• Identify key buying stakeholders within prospects and solicit appointments with key contacts, establishing and cultivating strategic relationships with prospects
• Assess prospective clients’ needs and strategic priorities, understand what constitutes success and present a compelling solution articulating Experian Health value propositions
• Educate prospective clients on Experian Health product portfolio, explaining how Experian Health products and solutions align with prospective clients’ needs
• Generate opportunity plan for active targets including: potential clients’ needs, value proposition, and prospect’s background. Maintain client and opportunity information in the CRM system
• Nurture and close lead by conducting onsite and virtual demos at prospective client sites
• Maintain accountability for scoping, contracting and closing via partnership with the Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering team
• Work in coordination with internal teams for additional product support or technical expertise throughout engagement and contracting
• Understand Experian Health capabilities and effectively manage prospective clients’ expectations to ensure seamless implementation and adoption post-buy through go live
• Focus on product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closing accounts
• Thoroughly understands competitive product offerings and can differentiate between Experian Health products and competitive offerings
• Understand market trends, industry best practices, and technical developments to strengthen Experian Health value propositions, linking market insights to prospective clients’ priorities
• Other duties as assigned
• Ensures smooth client relationship hand off by communicating with Client Executives and Client Relationship Managers through contracting and buying and informing CE’s and CRMS of progress as clients transition to implementation Other duties as assigned

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with audiences of all levels – active listening, establishing rapport and overcoming objection
• Executive presence and strong C-level presentation skills
• Strong prospecting, cold calling and closing skills
• Strategic thinker
• Team player, ability to collaborate across groups
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure performance driven environment
• Flexibility in working with changing needs of organizations
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office and Salesforce or similar CRM
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction
• Demonstrated success in relationship management and consultative selling aptitude Track record of success in consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets through personal client account closings particularly with Healthcare IT companies; sales experience with healthcare technology products, preferable in revenue cycle management
• Experience negotiating technology and service contracts
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field, minimum 5 years of direct sales experience
