The Business Analyst Intern in Business Operations is responsible for guiding and driving daily operational and implementation tasks to support our Experian Partner Solutions business. The role is responsible for daily operations tasks, which includes monitoring, audits and reconciliation of processes to ensure our customers receive all of their benefits accurately and on-time. He/she also supports implementation of solutions that ensure efficient and scalable operations across the shared services environment.

To meet our responsibility to support billing, fulfillment, and Partner Solutions functions, we:

• Establish and audit KPI’s, SLA’s, thresholds and escalation procedures.
• Define auditing and reconciliation requirements and collaborate with others to deliver measurements and reports
• Manage vendor relationships (payment processors, printing agencies, email providers, fraud services)
• Drive initiatives to deliver process improvements and/or increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
• The billing function provides operational oversight and risk management in the areas of billing, payments and fraud assurance
• The fulfillment function supports operational oversight and risk management for correspondence (email and printing services) and member benefits and continuous process improvement
• The Affinity Support function supports partner onboarding, monitoring, auditing, reconciliation and resolution of strategic partner operational and process issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• This role requires a tactical, analytical and common-sense approach to ensuring that products are delivered accurately and on time. Strong organizational skills are a must, and a degree of problem solving is desirable. He/she must be a proactive communicator, with a strong sense of accountability and a day-to-day focus on results.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing through program monitoring, auditing and reconciling.
• Create, run and analyze reports and metrics to identify business problems that may affect our daily billing and fulfillment operations.
• Maintain and support metrics documentation (i.e. KPI and operations dashboard.)
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Work closely with internal clients and in collaboration with senior team members and external vendors to build rapport and maintain solid working relationships.
• Escalate issues found with processes, including documenting and opening of JIRA user stories for code / defect fixes.
• Research any anomalies and issues found during data analysis for operational issues escalated from internal & external business partners.
• Offer ideas or solutions to mitigate customer impact related to billing and fulfillment.

• Proficient with tools such Microsoft Excel.
• Basic SQL skills beneficial.
