Billing Coordinator (Accounts Recievable)

The Billing Coordinator performs billing and billing-related administrative functions. They are responsible for completing the monthly billing and customer analysis, and assist with special projects.

Primary Responsibilities:                   

  • Accounts receivable with emphasis on customer billing
  • Work in multiple systems to prepare invoices monthly in a time sensitive environment

  • Review contracts to setup one-time, recurring fees and transaction pricing models

  • Process client inquiries and requests in a timely and cooperative manner

  • Works closely with sales and various departments to complete billing accurately

  • Assist with customer requests and audit

  • Reconciles Account Discrepancies

  • Maintains and updates customer records

  • Various projects and analysis reporting by request

  • Processes monthly off cycle invoices

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred or 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience.

  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Intermediate excel and above average computer skills

  • Superior interpersonal communication skills

  • Change management and flexibility a must

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
    Excellent customer service skills
