  • 3 - 5 years of working in structured software and/or systems environment supporting internal and/or external customers
  • University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • ITIL foundations certificate desired


Skill requirement


  • Good knowledge of networking concepts
  • Good knowledge of security concepts
  • Strong knowledge of UNIX and/or Linux
  • Basic knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk)
  • Strong knowledge of standard SQL (PL/SQL & Transact SQL desirable)
  • 3 years of experience in 1+ language: Shell scripting, Java, C/C++/C#, Groovy scripting, Javascript, .NET, Visual Basic, Powershell.
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytic skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer skills
  • Ability to work individually and within a team
  • Ability to work with and maintain good documentation
  • Ability to work in a virtual team with colleagues from different countries/time zones
  • Pragmatic approach while facing challenges
