The Agile Development Leader provides leadership and guidance to a product development team to drive delivery, minimize time to market, and maximize return on investment. 


The Agile Development Leader has thorough knowledge about what it means to be agile and provides the team with a clear purpose and focus. This leader will embrace continuous improvement and create a trusting environnment.


  • Directly manages a team of multiple software developers.
  • Facilitates decisions and discussions regarding alignment with technical and business strategy.
  • Works with the Product owner to facilitate building and maintaining a ready, prioritized backlog for the team.
  • Works with the Scrum team to ensure alignment to development process.
  • Collaborates across the organization to resolve issues and ensure standards are being met by the team.
  • Ensures that the team meets sprint commitments according to an accepted definition of done.
  • Directs application/solution testing.
  • Participates in client-facing discussions along with product owners.
  • Mentors, advocates, and builds a strong team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years related experience in a software delivery position.
  • Experience in an Agile-focused (Scrum) environment.
  • Experience leading a development team, or mentoring a technical team.
  • Client-facing consulting experience is a plus
