Responsible for day to day support of Accounts Payable in timezone for North America and Spanish Latam. 
Performing global performance management process in line with Group Policy
Work with the Head of GFS and regional AP teams to ensure a strong working relationship
Contributing to the GFS management team by involvement in key projects (e.g. new systems implementation, acquisition integration)
Accounts payable:
Review and respond to any urgent supplier and payment queries received from suppliers
Lead on iSupplier queries and roll-out
Undertake urgent payments if needed
Employee expenses:
Ensure use of Oracle Expense Express as the main submission point for employee expenses
Support and resolve escalations related to Expense Express
Manage card programme
Strong controls focus on all processes
Other ad-hoc duties as required and deemed suitable to meet the needs of the business
Reporting on expense violations and escalations

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills:
Exposure to Finance Shared Services, ideally internationally 
Minimum 5 years’ experience Accounts Payable processess 
Advanced English skills both written and verbal
Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to lead change across the organisation and within the GFS, both on systems and processes
Experience of working in fast paced, results driven role within complex organisation.
Experience of working in a multinational / global organisation
Senior stakeholder exposure
Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening
